Alamur Engineering Consultant (Alamur) Formerly known as Alamur Quantity Surveying Consultant was established in mid 2006 with the dual objective to first protect the interests of owners, corporate developers  and various   local  authorities in the public  and private sector and second to satisfy Client demands for Comprehensive Engineering Consultant services to Engineering, Architectural, Project Managers and Developers.
When Alamur was launched in mid 2006, there were only three (3) other organizations providing proficient Engineering Consultant Services in the Sultanate of Oman. Since establishment, Alamur has consistently proven its excellence and directed itself towards expansion within a very competitive EC environment.
Engineering Consultant is all about cost management of Construction. EC Primarily assesses the capital expenditure of a facility after evaluating the feasibility, design & construction costs. Due to the quality of service Alamur has provided, it has several hundred million Omani Rials worth of projects in hand, for the last few years.
This growth gave Alamur the confidence to position itself as a proper professional company in the construction industry and quickly create a niche market for itself as Engineering Consultant by focusing on satisfying Client needs in efficient Project Management with special emphasis on project development appraisals, contract claims, life cycle costing, procurement planning, construction management and value engineering.
